Chi Alpha Sigma is proud to partner with Women Leaders in Sports to create a unique career development opportunity for inductees seeking a career in athletics as either a coach or administrator. A cohort of Chi Alpha Sigma inductees will be chosen to participate in the following:

Participate in the Rising Stars mentorship program

Participate in yearlong Women Leaders in Sports professional development sessions

Networking with industry leaders and potential future employers
The cohort will be capped at no more than forty five (45) inductees and program applicants must meet the following requirements:

Have been inducted into an active chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma (records will be verified)

Have a specific interest to pursue a career in sports as either a coach or administrator
-
Are currently a senior student-athlete and will be graduating at the conclusion of the Spring 2026 semester

Commit to participating in events related to the program offered by Women Leaders in Sports
Chi Alpha Sigma inductees interested in potentially being selected for the cohort must fill out the form below. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
